Hugging this character: He's pretty hugable. Go for it!
Kissing this character: He's also fairly kissable. I mean, granted you are male.
Flirting with this character: He's going to be flirting himself, and anyone is welcome to try and flirt with him.
Having sex with this character: I would not play an incubus if I was uncomfortable with that.
Relationships with this character: Sure! Keep in mind that Val is polyamorous and if you want him to monogamous he's going to cheat a lot.
Fighting with this character: Haha! You can if you want to! He's got some strengths, but he's likely to run away first, because he's a coward.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Please do! I love giving him new scars and the like! Dismemberment and all is good too, though we should probably talk about it first.
Killing this character: Discuss it with me first, but I'll probably okay it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure! Your character might get somewhat confused though, since he has a bundle of nerves on his chest that functions almost like a 'second brain'. It isn't a separate sentience though and mostly just gives off similar electric charges.

Warnings:

Val's a Russian gangster, and a leader at that. He can be very -creative- when punishing others, and he is often very manipulative, especially if he does not have his usual operatives nearby. He is also an incubus, and very pushy sexually. He has a really long history and a lot of really BAD things happened to him in the past as well, so there needs to be a warning for suicidal mentions/tendencies/scars/thoughts, as well as plenty of other dark material pertaining to sexual and physical abuse, as well as mental trauma.

Val is not for the faint of heart, though I try to keep it light in dressing rooms and the like.
